The Benefits of the Obama Administration

Ducks wave of bullets pans and sewing needles
but really, think about it for a minute the only other option was Mikcan who seamed like another Bush the lessor of two evils if he had won things would have keep going on as they were taxes going up Government getting bigger things in general getting more liberal and every body could have blamed every thing on the conservatives
BUT with Obama in charger he is pushing everything WAY faster then 95 % of people what so now every one siting on the fents is getting shaken-off, the Democrats are reeling in shock at there Ideas actually being carried out.

Well " Friends Americans countryman lend ME YOUR THOUGHTS!"

  1. I think a problem that still exist is that a number of people think that the way to solve the current problem is to select another "McCain" so that maybe the current problem of think going bad to fast is fixed(some people would say McCain would have been better therefore in the future we should support the lesser of two evils). I think that ideally we would see the failure of socialism in the USA and turn to limited and moral government. There is also the danger of so much of the population becoming contentedly dependant on the government for income and even healthcare that the return to electing a government with considerably different views will be extremely difficult.

  2. It is a thought provoking/disturbing idea that if McCain had won that he would have alienated the independents and center supporters.I laughed at the idea that now that the Democrats have gotten one of their own in office that it is hurting them.

I believe that Thomas Jefferson's quote,
("I hold it that a little rebellion now and then is a good    thing, and as
necessary in the political world as storms in the physical.")
describes our present situation adequately. In the 2010 election I believe we saw that some people were "rebelling"
(I use that word tentatively) against the Obama administration. The current situation is the people showing their discontent, the goal now is for the(to quote StrawHat)"Contentedly dependent populace" to realize that they are being part of the problem themselves by not doing anything.
My philosophy is that people in power long enough will eventually become so used to wielding that power that they can not live with out it.(granted that their are exceptions) Our political system allows the peoples to "rebel" legally, and to remove individuals.
All in all,I never thought about the Obama like that.Hopefully,he continues to alienate people further:)

On a different note the Republican presidential candidate list is kinda low,I was quite disappointed until I saw this ex-senator from Pennsylvania who MAY be running.Rick Santorum seems like a very good candidate;he is not a lesser of two evils, but in fact embodies what I believe are some exemplary qualities.(including small government, less immigration,supply-side economics)
