Prayer for Saints

Hey everybody, I know I have not posted in a long time leaving my fellow authors with the sole responsibility of posting, (sorry guys) but I have been either too lazy, or too sick. No excuse since I have no life, but it is the one I am going with.

Anyway, I am posting now because I would ask prayer for a pastor in Iran, Youcef Nadarkhani. For anyone who has not heard about it, Youcef was arrested more than two years ago for asking that his children be allowed to waive the worship of Islam. The Iranian government declared him an apostate and, as is demanded by the Sharia Law/Iranian Constitution, they put him on death row. I ask that you all might pray for him that God may give him strength to cope with his struggles, and if it is God's will that he may be freed.

  4.  Thank you very much for bringing that up...I have been feeling that as a group of  Christian youth, we need to be doing more to further the kingdom of God. It isn't every day you can get 20 people together that are like minded enough that we could all with one common focus, being Christ, have a time of prayer and sharing...maybe we could just try it some time at the Gn and let the spirit move...I know we still have differences, but I was thinking maybe if the Lord pout something on someones heart they could bring it up at the Gn; or if they had a news letter on a missionary or an article on something in the government...it doesn't matter or it could just be a prayer that has been in your heart!!! (just let the Lord lead)
Let me know what you think...

  5. Exactly Thimble! That's why I wanted to start the GROW UP Group. We should do that sometime! "Where two or three are gathered together, there am I in the midst of them"!
