I believe that I would like to meet President Abraham Lincoln. Considering that he is my favorite President.
ReplyDeleteI'd have to say President Lincoln, too! He is my favorite president as well:)
ReplyDeletehmmmmm.....Not one of His apostles? Well in that case I would choose Timothy :) joking joking
ReplyDeleteokay, seriously then, I would probably choose either George Washington or James Madison. George Washington for obvious reasons. ( General, Administrator, President, Farmer, Statesman, and Businessman) James Madison for perhaps more obscure reasons. He is often called the "Father of the Constitution", and I would find it exhilarating to discover all the nuances and arguments that went into drafting the Supreme Law of our land. (NO! The constitution not the media!)
Probably J.S. Bach - he did so much integrating his Christian faith and his music and life together; I would really like to talk with him about being a Christian and a musician. [although I would struggle a little bit with not going fan girl about his music, particularly Singet Dem Herrn, which we're singing now] ;) haha
ReplyDeleteNobody on here really knows him, (save for a few of my siblings) but I'd choose a man by the name of Welby Borders. He was a wise gentleman that I've heard an awful lot about. And none of it seemed to be bad. Unfortunately, he passed away before I was all that old. *Sigh* No time to pick his brain about the Bible. *sniff*
ReplyDelete@Nadea Wallace You truly are a fan. :D
I'm torn..hmmm
ReplyDeleteVince Lombardi. he was the best coach in NFL history and and led his each of his teams to 5 championships and then he went and won the 1st and 2nd Super bowl ever played. an amazing Football mind.
ReplyDelete2ThePhoenix out of all history you piked a foot ball couch ??!!!
ReplyDeleteHarold Adrian Russell "Kim" Philby. High ranking member of the British intelligence that served in the KGB and the NKVD. He served the Brits as a double agent and then defected to the Soviet Union. He's thought to be the most successful spy of the five spies know as the Cambridge Five. He had to be moderated because of Stalin's suspicion that he was on the British side. Teddy Roosevelt would've been fun to know. Hsi Kai (female) was the most successful pirate of all times. It would've been cool to meet her I think.
ReplyDeleteGood grief, Psmithn! A pirate? Is there something we need to know?
ReplyDeleteAs for me, that's a really tough choice. Like, so tough I have no idea.
Rennuke yeah, SOOO? whats wrong choosing a Football mind? Its new, its fresh, I bet no one thought of Vince Lombardi when they saw this post. and beside that, Lombardi is just plain cool.
ReplyDeleteRennuke and yes we know you are disturbed we have been worried about you for sometime now
ReplyDeleteyes yes I'm sure we are all fremiler with my mental states and after spys and pirates your downright Conservative. In fact I apologize for my questioning you comment it really did fill a much needed gap.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the apologie. :)
ReplyDeleteActually, now that I think about it, I think that I would like to meet David, or Ruth.
