That is my holiday schedule in whole.
*note, this schedule is do to change and possible parental intervention.
Well our family is probably going to have my dad's Father-in law over on Christmas day. And at some point our whole family will go over to our grandparent's house aprox. .09 minutes down the street for their annual family get-together with most of the rest of the family. Besides that Dad will probably read THE STORY from THE BOOK on Christmas day. And then I will probably overly comfortably roll over from the OVERLY tasty food. (Hint, Hint) older sisters. And then look out the window once more to make absolutely SURE that I didn't just see a snowflake fall. And last BUT NOT LEAST (If we haven't watched it by then already) we will probably watch the never forgetful "It's a Wonderful Life". (With "Jimmy Shtuart") Please excuse the computer impersonation of one of the best old actors. Then we will go to sleep. :)
Merry Christmas!!! We usually get together at my grandparents house around Christmas-time. Our uncles, aunts, and cousins are there too. We exchange presents, eat a main meal, and then have desserts. Then after that, while the men usually watch a football game, the girls and ladies will play a game or two, or just visit. It's always a lot of fun!!!:)
Hopefully we'll be able to watch It's a Wonderful Life, too. We typically try to watch it every year, that movie is awesome! Some of us are going to make cookies and other food to eat at home and at our relatives' house. We'll get up early-ish on Christmas and eat breakfast foods that were chosen by a semi-unanimous vote. Then we'll open presents and eat cookies and then read or watch the movies and books that we got for Christmas while eating more cookies and wearing the new socks. Then we'll go to our Great Uncle Steve's (possibly one of the best cooks in the family) house and eat some more. Then we'll come home and read and watch some more while probably eating some more and still wearing the new socks. Then we'll crash into bed and suffer indigestion and possible sugar comas for a couple days.
Ha! Amateurs! If you suffer from sugar comma after only the first day then you need to train and condition yourself the rest of the year! I will show you the correct way to do so. Now quickly, someone make me cookies or something like them and I will show you all how a master contains his inner sweet consuming entity! Yes! I am your sensei! On your knees and bow..................... Now laugh hysterically as sensei goes into insulin shock with a smile on his face. On his tomb stone is written "he died happy. Teaching his students how to contain the holiday food"
Hmm....well what will I be doing? I must say that I'll probably be going along with what my family has aforementioned on this post. A slight change might be that rabbit season is open and the hunting is always the best with a fresh coat of snow. :) So you might find me outside for some of the vacation.
Merry Christmas Rennuke!
