The FFA is a law that declares that Congress can’t regulate any firearms made and retained in-state, ’cause it’s beyond Congress’ authority to regulate intra-state commerce.
I do not think that the federal courts would affirm such a law. If the courts/fed will not allow one to bear arms solely because of the 2nd amendment why would they be bothered by the commerce clause? I do not think we should all most to Texas (at least yet).
